ANKARA — TÜBİTAK’s second 2026 call under the 1507 SME R&D Start-up Support Programme lists 9 November as the organisation pre-registration deadline and 11 November as the project-submission deadline.
The dates differ from the parallel 1501 Industrial R&D call, whose published deadlines were 22 October for pre-registration and 26 October for proposals. Those October dates have already passed; they should not be treated as an open application window.
Applications are handled through PRODİS. Organisation registration, authorisation and electronic signatures are distinct preparation steps. Eligibility and the applicable proposal limit must be checked against the official call documents.
The programmes support research and technological innovation rather than automatically financing routine machinery purchases. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a grant. The announcement specifies different support conditions for the two programmes, so applicants should use the document for the programme they intend to enter.
