ANKARA — Türkiye’s Housing Development Administration, TOKİ, reported that 83,504 social homes were completed in 58 provinces during the first nine months of 2026.
The 9 October announcement described construction for lower- and middle-income households. August recorded the highest monthly completion figure in the reported period, at 15,711 homes.
The total refers to completed construction across the programme. It does not by itself establish that every property has been allocated or handed over, or that applications for all these homes are currently open.
Application dates, allocation procedures and payment terms are determined separately for individual projects. Conditions for a particular Istanbul allocation programme should not be treated as nationwide rules for all 83,504 homes. Readers considering an application should consult the official notice for the relevant development.
