Türkiye’s Foundation Scholarships Accept University Applications until 31 October

ANKARA — Applications for the Directorate General of Foundations’ 2026–2027 higher-education scholarships are scheduled for 22–31 October 2026 through the institution’s official website.

The university application window is separate from the school-level education-aid programme, whose published deadline was 20 October. Students should use the guidance and application form for the support relevant to their education level.

The directorate describes the support as non-repayable. Applications are assessed against eligibility requirements and the relevant evaluation criteria; completing a form does not guarantee an award.

Applicants should read the current official guide and provide accurate information about study status, income and other support. Restrictions apply to some student groups and overlapping scholarships.
